L41 Overcoming Loneliness

Lesson 41: Creator goes with me wherever I go.

Today’s idea will eventually overcome any sense of aloneness, loneliness, abandonment and/or any thoughts of separation. This overcomes depression, helplessness, misery, suffering and intense fear of loss. In one practice period you will repeat the idea and sit quietly, turning your thoughts deeper inward ignoring all the idle thoughts, and deeply reaching creator. Throughout the day repeat the idea thoughtfully, realizing the meaning of the words. You can never be deprived of perfect holiness, peace because its source is with you wherever you go, you may not yet know this.. a trip to Creator to substantiate this claim is in store.
